Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of purchase. Orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day.

We ship Monday through Friday via UPS. Packages do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing

Shipping costs are calculated by package weight at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $70 or more within the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package directly through UPS or by logging into your Vergara's account.

Product Care

Our professional-grade skincare products, serums, and handheld skincare tools are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. No special handling or temperature-controlled shipping is required for our products.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 5 days of delivery by contacting [YOUR EMAIL/PHONE]. We will replace damaged items at no additional cost.

For issues related to delivery delays or lost packages, customers must file a claim directly with UPS. We are happy to provide your tracking information and any documentation needed to support your claim.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holidays), processing and shipping times may be extended. We will post updates on our website regarding any delays during these periods.
